Company Metropolitan Properties Group, Inc. is a Real Estate firm operated by a team of individuals who are the key drivers for its success. The Company's main office is in Chicago but Metropolitan does work in all of Chicagoland. While no one person at Metropolitan is focused on all aspects of Real Estate, its combined talent offers one-stop shopping from Site Selection, Buyer & Seller Services, and Property Development to Tenant Procurement and Representation. Our affiliate partners also offer Insurance, Mortgage, and Construction services. Mr. Javaid Zafar is the brainchild and President of Metropolitan Properties Group, Inc. He started the Company in 2006 with a vision to provide comprehensive real estate services with a focus on meeting the specific needs of its clients. Concurrently with Metropolitan Properties Group, Mr. Zafar has started affiliate companies that provide services in the property development, insurance , and mortgage industries. Mr. Zafar is also engaged in construction as a licensed General Contractor, having recently built a small shopping center in Chicago with plans to build another one in 2007. In addition, Mr. Zafar owns an online sports collectible business by the name of ExMintPlus, Inc. Prior to Mr. Zafar's recent ventures, he worked with several companies - including Accenture Consulting - advising businesses and designing IT systems for companies in the Government, Healthcare, High Technology, Sports Franchise, and Retail sectors.
